In-network with Optum - United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, Connecticare, Oxford-, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Medicaid and Husky plans.

If your insurance is not in network full payment is expected on the date of service and a superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I encourage you to inquire about your out-of-network benefits.

Initial intake assessment: $200

Rates

50-60 minute session: $160

45 minute session: $120

30 minute session: $100

Affordable Care Options

Good Faith Estimates & Your Rights

In accordance with the No Surprises Act (HR133, Title 45 Section 149.610), all providers are required to give a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the cost of scheduled, non-emergency services. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your GFE, you have the right to dispute it.
